Jonathan Pelezzare did an excellent job for the Keller family when we decided to add a casita to our home in Palm Desert about four years ago. In the beginning of the project, he spent a generous amount of time showing us what was possible and what might blend best with the lines of our home. We also worked closely on the interior design of the bathroom, the sleeping area, the sitting area, the closets and storage space, and a mini kitchen within the casita. He was helpful in selecting materials, and he also offered several design touches that made our addition more distinctive and pleasing than it otherwise might have been. Finally, he handled all of the approvals and expansion permits with the powers that be. When the construction was finished, we were very pleased that it blended so perfectly with the rest of the house, and that it looked like it had always been there. Jonathan was always easy to work with, open minded about change, and always going out of his way to try to make the project better. We would be more than happy to work with him again.
