Jonathan Pelezzare is a very creative residential designer and a delight to work with.

I met him at another Ironwood home of Jonathan's design when it was under construction.

I liked his inventiveness and immediately consulted with him with a view to having him remodel

my home nearby.

Jonathan had designed several homes in Ironwood which I was fortunate to be able to visit.

I am extremely happy that I did. Working with him was a wonderful experience.

He created a lovely home for me utilizing to the maximum the small space/lot he had to work with opening up the interior with a design that brought the out-side in and afforded me a panorama view previously so small it was often over-looked.

It was just as I had envisioned it. We ended up adding 500 sq. ft. with an elegant over-all design.

When the project was finished, the cost was in the $550,000 range, all inclusive. He is particularly

fond of creative lighting, both dramatic and subtle, which we both agreed to be the icing on the cake. Jonathan is most meticulous, and very easy to work with. Should you engage him to do your plans
