Jonathan's plans were perfect and required no corrections. He helped us in adding a den to incorporate a 180 degree view of the mountains,a 1/2 bathroom and expanding our kitchen. We greatly admired his attention to detail and constant supervision of the project with the contractor. We would highly recommend Jonathan Pelezzare to others as he is conscientious, honest and reliable. He is a good listener and works very closely with his clients to include their needs and wants.
