Jonathan Pelezzare is an exceptionally gifted residential designer. His background in architecture and a highly developed instinct for quality make him a pleasure to work with. My job involved a gut rehab of an existing home and I put the work off for over six months until Jonathan could free up enough time to work with me on developing the plans.He seemed instinctively to know what I was looking for in the design and welcomed my input. During construction, Jonathan spent a lot of time overseeing the job, making sure that all the work was done to the highest standards. I highly recommend Jonathan Pelezzare as a residential designer to anyone looking for an exceptional result --- someone who can translate your wishes into reality, while also considering the reality of cost, building codes and time.
